Welcome to PetViora at petviora.digital. These terms outline your rights and obligations when using our AI devices for pet care and home convenience.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PetViora services or products, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our offerings.
2. Use of Services and Products
PetViora provides AI-empowered solutions for pet monitoring, feeding, and home automation. All services and products must be used in accordance with applicable regulations and these terms.
3. Goods Purchases
When you order a PetViora device, you consent to the following conditions:
- Shipping: We process orders promptly. Delivery times may vary by location.
- Warranty: Each device includes a one-year hardware warranty for manufacturing defects.
4. Digital Products
Digital offerings include user guides, software updates, and AI model enhancements delivered electronically upon purchase.
5. Service Engagements
Services such as remote setup assistance or personalized pet behavior analysis are scheduled through our booking system. Service details are provided at the time of scheduling.
6. Refund and Reimbursement Policy
PetViora strives for your satisfaction. This section explains procedures for goods, digital products, and services.
6.1 Goods
Customers may request a refund within 30 days of receiving a device by contacting us via the contact form. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment channel within 14 days of approval. Items sent back must be in original condition. Shipping charges are not reimbursed.
6.2 Digital Products
Requests for digital product refunds must be submitted within 14 days of download via the contact form. Approved reimbursements are issued within 7 days. After 14 days, sales are final due to immediate content availability.
6.3 Services
Service appointments may be rescheduled without fee up to 48 hours before the scheduled time by using the contact form. Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior qualify for a full refund of service fees processed within 10 days. Cancellations within 72 hours are not eligible for refunds due to resource allocation. PetViora may cancel services; in such cases, you will be offered either a full reimbursement or an alternative appointment.
7. Limitation of Liability
PetViora is not responsible for indirect damages arising from device use or service delays. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the specific product or service.
8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance.
